Terms of using Kaizin

Kaizin is a wellness service. It helps you understand your blood results and your wearable data and make one change at a time. It does not diagnose illness, it is not an emergency service, and it is not a substitute for your GP. If you feel unwell, contact your GP or call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Olympus Premium Health Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13621708), registered office 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP28 7DE ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Who can use Kaizin

You must be 18 or over and live in the UK. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and your iPhone secure, because that is how you sign in.

3. What Kaizin does

Reads the results in blood test reports you upload and shows them against the lab's reference ranges.
Has a GMC-registered doctor review your panel and suggest one change to focus on.
Shows readings from Apple Health, Oura or your own entries against your own normal.
Offers general wellness tips and guided breathing.

Results are read automatically from your PDF. Always check them against the original report, and tell us if anything looks wrong.

4. What Kaizin is not

Kaizin doesn't diagnose, treat or monitor any medical condition, and it doesn't prescribe medicines. Our doctor's review is general lifestyle guidance based on the results you upload. It is not a consultation, and it doesn't create a doctor-patient relationship for your wider care. Wearable readings are estimates from consumer devices, not medical measurements. Don't stop or change any treatment because of something in Kaizin without speaking to your own doctor.

5. Your content

You own the results and data you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Kaizin to you, as described in the privacy policy. Only upload your own results.

6. Fair use

Don't misuse Kaizin: don't try to access other people's data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

7. Connected services

Apple Health and Oura are run by other companies under their own terms. Oura only shares data while you have an active Oura Membership. We are not responsible for their availability or accuracy. You can disconnect them at any time.

8. Paid plans

Kaizin is free while in early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and what it includes before you pay, and you will be able to cancel under the terms shown at that time. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected.

9. Changes and availability

We are improving Kaizin all the time and may change or remove features. We will give you reasonable notice of changes that affect you significantly. We aim to keep Kaizin available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted.

10. Our responsibility to you

We provide Kaizin with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for decisions you make without speaking to your own doctor, or for problems caused by services we don't control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under English law.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using Kaizin and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@kaizin.health. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

12. The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
